Buddy Store Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing, browsing, or using https://buddy-store.odoo.com  , you acknowledge what you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, you should discontinue your use or access to this Site.

ONLINE SALES ORDER

  • The customers shopping with Buddy-Store.odoo.com shall be follow our standard terms and conditions.
  • Our sales order invoices will be issue after payment has been paid before the order is confirm for delivery, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. 
  • If a payment for the order is still outstanding more than one (1) days after the due payment date, the order shall be null and void.
  • Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Buddy Store become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Buddy Store in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • All shipping cost will be clearly indicate upon check out.
  • After your order is verified and payment has been made, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
  1. Within 1-3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia (exclude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).
  2. Within 1-3 working days for Sabah & Sarawak (exlude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).
  • Buddy Store aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.
  • Buddy Store aim to deliver within 3 working days from order made, but cannot promise an exact date when you submit your Order.
  • Buddy Store order cut off day shall be 6.00 PM daily. Any order made after 6.00PM shall be process the following working day. Should order fall on Sunday, next working day shall be on Monday.
  • Buddy Store always aim to deliver within the stipulated time frame of any Order, which Buddy Store accept but cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
  • Buddy Store shall aim to let you know if expected that Buddy Store are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, Buddy Store shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
  • Please note that Buddy Store only deliver orders within states in Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak and any countries that have delivery channel from our Delivery/Shipping Partners
  • Buddy Store deliver in our standard packaging, any special packaging is subject to approval and additional charges.
  • Buddy Store shall ensures the order is in good and presentable condition before item being shipped out.
  • You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. Buddy Store do not warrant that the Products will meet your individual requirements. You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.

CANCELLATION

  • Buddy Store may cancel an order if the Product is not available for certain agreeable reason between customer and Buddy Store.
  • Buddy Store shall notify the case and return any payment that has made, as agreed and acknowledge by Buddy Store.
  • Buddy Store shall refund the money received, and may not be the same method as payment being made via payment gateway.
  • Buddy Store shall not accept any cancellation of order for any possible reason, except for cases as mentioned in (Cancellation 1.)

FAULTY PRODUCTS

  • Buddy Store warrant that:
    1. the Product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered; and
    2. the Product will conform with the manufacturer’s latest published instructions as set out on the Site or in our Product material at the time of your Order.
    3. should the product received in damaged conditions, please email the proof of photo and shipping note to odoo@buddystore.my
    4. complaints of damaged product should be made within 24 hours upon receiving the item.
    5. any complaints made after 24 hours upon receiving the item shall not be entertained.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • All items ordered are refundable if the products and / or parcel are damage and must be reported within 24 hours from date and time of delivery date to odoo@buddystore.my. Please read the Guarantee & Complaints Management and/or Faulty Products for your Orders Refund procedures.
  • All items ordered refundable fully or partial depending on the Buyers request and can whatsapp to +601111182899 for urgent attention or email to odoo@buddystore.my

 

GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT

  • Buddy Store shall perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions with reasonable skills and care.
  • Buddy Store place great value on our customer satisfaction. You may contact us at any time using the contact details given. Buddy Store will attempt to address your concerns as soon as reasonably possible and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint.

In the event of a complaint kindly describe the object of your complaint as accurately as possible and, where applicable, send us copies of the Order or at least the order number that Buddy Store assign you in the Confirmation of Order.

  • Should you not have received any reaction from us within 5 working days, please make further enquiries. In rare cases your emails may be caught up in our spam filters or not reach us, or correspondence that we send to you may otherwise not have reached you.

 

AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE, SECURITY AND ACCURACY

  • Whilst Buddy Store endeavour to make the Website available 24 hours a day, we cannot be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable for any time or for any period. Buddy Store make no warranty that your access to the Website will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. In addition, Buddy Store may occasionally need to carry out repairs, maintenance or introduce new facilities and functions.
  • Access to the Website may be suspended or withdrawn to or from you personally or all users temporarily or permanently at any time and without notice. Buddy Store may also impose restrictions on the length and manner of usage of any part of the Website for any reason. If we impose restrictions on you personally, you must not attempt to use the Website under any other name or user.
  • Buddy Store do not warrant that the Website will be compatible with all hardware and software which you may use. Buddy Store shall not be liable for damage to, or viruses or other code that may affect, any computer equipment, software, data or other property as a result of your access to or use of the Website or your obtaining any material from, or as a result of using, the Website. Buddy Store shall also not be liable for the actions of third parties.
  • Buddy Store may change or update the Website and anything described in it without notice to you.
  • Whilst Buddy Store endeavour to ensure that information and materials on the Website are correct, no warranty or representation, express or implied, is given that they are complete, accurate, up-to-date, fit for a particular purpose and, to the extent permitted by law, Buddy Store do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions. This shall not affect any obligation which Buddy Store may have under any contract that we may have with you to provide you with services, including any obligation that we may have under that contract to provide you with accurate information and advice, and which Buddy Store  may do through a secure part of the Website available to people who use the appropriate password.
  • The material contained on the Website is provided for information purposes only and it shall not give rise to any commitment or obligation by us. Any information on the Website shall not constitute any part of an offer or contract.
  •  We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

  5. Buddy Store undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Buddy Store cannot under any circumstances, be required by the customer to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  6. In order for it to be admissible, Buddy Store must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by law.
